Rekonsilasi (reconciliation) is a process of restoration that fosters peace and stability among individuals or groups. In this artwork, Hairol delves into an exploration of lines, marks, and textures, reconstructing the form to evoke the illusion of both tension and stability. He believes that these contrasting elements mirror the challenges humans encounter daily. Negotiating tension and stability is a perpetual endeavour, requiring reconciliation with negative factors to transform challenges into opportunities, and difficulties into resilience so we can grow and progress.
